Punxsutawney Phil the groundhog may have predicted six more weeks of winter today, but in Los Angeles, warm weather is a way of life. Gwyneth Paltrow appeared to get a head start on the spring/summer fashion season in a flowing, ankle-grazing dress fit for the sunny SoCal climate. Paltrow recently donned a similar scarf print skirt from Goop's label while in New York to host her second In Goop Health wellness summit, and while that piece took on a polished, urban tack when paired with a sweater and tall boots, today’s ensemble telegraphed vintage bohemian style a la Talitha Getty.

Paltrow’s mint-colored shirtdress came peppered with flora and fauna and was the ideal transitional piece. Valentino’s Rockstud sneakers gave a fresh twist to the feminine silhouette—Selena Gomez pulled a similar move across town—while gold jewelry added a touch of polished shine worthy of a mogul in the making.
