Leave it to Harry Styles to use a styling trick piloted by some of the world’s most fashionable women. Earlier today at Gare du Nord station in Paris, Styles eschewed the sleek suits he’s been sporting lately to rework his edgy boy band aesthetic, by shrugging off his shearling á la Kim Kardashian West.
Where Kardashian West, Hailey Baldwin, Gigi Hadid, and countless others have tucked body-con pieces beneath oversize coats, loosely worn across both shoulders, Styles took a different tack with masterful results. His chestnut jacket perfectly matched his Chelsea boots, but it was the carefree drape over one arm that made the look, paired with a scene-stealing retro Gucci hoodie. The “Sign of the Times” singer oozed plenty of boyish charm, thanks to Alessandro Michele’s youthful design, while Kurt Cobain–inspired shades literally topped off the look.
