The latest to offer up a doubly cool statement is Natasha Poly and her daughter, Aleksandra Bakker. Right now, they’re on holiday in St. Tropez, and wearing the getaway-worthy outfits to match. Today, the Russian supermodel and her mini-me each took to coordinating sundresses.
Poly went the maxi route in a flowy off-the-shoulder dress by Lisa Marie Fernandez that was billowy enough to be comfortable, but uncovered in all the right places. The full sleeves provided a welcome sense of drama that kept the piece from reading too much like a sarong. It was rendered in a softer version of millennial pink, a playful hue that complemented both Poly and her daughter. Bakker chose to mirror mom’s palette with a subtler touch, as seen on the pretty pink embroidery stitched on her little white frock. While hers hit at the knee, the bell-shaped silhouette was right in line with Poly’s. Bakker strapped into sandals featuring a pastel pink strap and pretty bow details, while Poly opted to go barefoot for maximum vacation vibes. After all, the luxurious life always involves a little relaxation.
