The designer has been reexamining the basics in her wardrobe lately, including the simple white tee (she christened hers the Victoria, and it’s available starting today exclusively on her site and Dover Street flagship), and has been accumulating an impressive collection of classic vintage denim as well.

She proved that a good pair of broken in, slightly slouchy distressed jeans is hard to beat when it comes to traveling chicly. Styled with a sleek fitted turtleneck, and the look was both polished and laidback, a much cooler alternative to the athleisure gear that has been popping up in first class departure lounges. Beckham cuffed her jeans for an elongating effect and revealed another solid investment piece for fall: a sleek pair of leather black boots.
